I’m grateful for being alive. I am, are you? Do you see what a blessing you are to this world. Do you see yet that you are here for a reason? I’ve been spending a lot of time helping people connect. Helping people find connections is something that makes me feel so grateful for being alive. I feel grateful for being alive just by standing outside barefoot and connecting to the Earth. Feeling love, abundance, and peace within me is an amazing reason to feel grateful for being alive. I’m grateful for being able to show my kids what it means to be truly loved. For that reason, I’m grateful to be alive. At seventeen, I tried to end my life feeling like I was unworthy of it. Now, I know why it didn’t work, and I’m grateful to be alive. God whispered to me, you have a lot left to do. I’m blessed to still be here and contribute daily to the love, abundance, and peace on this planet.
Today, I commit to recognizing the blessings of being ALIVE. This is what living in the energy of love, abundance, and peace is about. Today, I’m going to do a particular exercise and I hope you will do it with me. This is one of the practices I use when I want to really FEEL alive. I go outside barefooted. I find a spot and plant my feet on the Earth. My palms are open by my sides and I start taking deep breaths in and out to the count of 10. Once I feel myself starting to relax, I start imagining myself as a tree with deep roots into the Earth. I imagine the energy of love coming up from the ground and into my feet, up my legs, through all my organs, into my limbs, and up through my head. Then I imagine that light connecting me to the Universe. Usually by this time my whole body is tingling with energy. I thank the creator, I thank the Earth, and I thank the energy of love for filling me up. When I’m done with this exercise, I feel so connected and at peace. We are each on this Earth with our own unique purpose and journey. We are only accountable and responsible for the energy we put into where we go, what we do, how we think, and when we change. When we are open to grow and expand, we make more space for love, abundance, and peace. We are each given an opportunity to live this life with purpose. We just have to take it and appreciate the opportunity to be here right now in this moment. What are you going to do with it?
With Love, Abundance, and Peace,
