As I read these words, I feel a deep exhale coming from my core. I am so blessed for all the experiences that brought me to this place both within and around me. I’m reminded that I create an inner home, and that has the same needs as anything I want to support and nurture around me. I know that I have to do the daily work to keep up with both.
