30 Days of Gratitude

Gratitude is something we can never get too much of, ESPECIALLY during the holiday  when stress levels can reach all-time highs. In November, I did a daily dose of of gratitude every day on www.facebook.com/fromalovingplace . Now, here is a challenge for those who want to take it a little further. Each day at the beginning and/or end of every day, get quiet and focus on what’s good about the journey you are on. Take one of these pictures a day and meditate or sit in a place of mindfulness for 5-10 minutes. Expand the list to become personal and watch the transformation.

When I’m struggling, feeling accountable to report to someone else can sometimes help. One of the ways I’ve done this is texting friends my list daily. It just gives me that extra kick to take care of myself. If you need a person to reach out to, leave a comment daily or visit me on Facebook and send me a private message. The goal is that we all get our heads in the best place possible to start the new year. I hope these memes will provide the added guidance to help keep in a place of gratitude.
