Too many of us put the focus on what we are not. This can create the horrible thought process of not being enough. We are enough being exactly who we are. When we stop focusing on lack, we become abundant. It all begins with the messages we are telling ourselves. Who we are is exactly who we are supposed to be. If we get caught up in what we are lacking and who we aren’t, our mind starts creating a very chaotic environment. This isn’t who we are. Our addictions are who we aren’t. If we loved and accepted ourselves, there would be no reason to numb our thoughts. If you want a better life, you are the only one who can give it to you. Our reality is created between our ears. Who are you? Go deep. Anytime you hear yourself defining yourself by what your not, look at it. See where that has gotten you. Did it bring happiness or stress? As Byron Katie says, “Who would you be without the thought?” It’s your choice whether you choose to change it or not. When we try to be anyone other than who we are, we suffer, the world suffers. We project out whatever we feel inside. We give to the world out of a place of love or lack. Be you! Love you! When we do this, the world gets the best of who we are.
