I’m grateful for Divine guidance. Inside, I’m screaming out thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I feel so grateful and blessed to have the openness to feel this guidance in my life. Each day I write these posts I’m being Divinely guided. I’m Divinely guided when things do and don’t go as planned. My book was Divinely guided the whole way through, which is why the people who are meant to read it get the seed they need. That’s not my doing, that’s the Divine guidance that brought me the exact things to say and the reader’s Divine guidance who was brought to read it. You might feel Divinely guided reading these words right now. Pay attention to your body and how it is resonating with how the words are penetrating your thought systems. I definitely don’t have the power to do that. That is the absolute beauty of Divine guidance.

Divine guidance has led me through the darkest of times. There is no mistake that I would get the feeling to reach out for specific people or they would come to me. There is no mistake that a book wouldn’t leave my mind until I bought it. There was no mistake that a video would start playing with just what I needed to hear. Divine guidance is truly a Godsend…I just laughed at myself as I wrote that sentence. When I was lost in the energy of fear, lack, and separation and attracting back the amount of chaos that I was putting out, I relied on Divine guidance to help me find my way out of the chaos. Like many, I first went looking for outside sources to make me feel better and nothing I would do worked. I finally went to the bookstore and asked for Divine guidance to help me by showing me what I need to learn and absorb to get me out of the chaos. I was definitely shown!

Divine guidance doesn’t just show up for me when the hard stuff is going on, it shows up when I’m open to receive more of the good stuff too, like the book I mentioned in yesterday’s post. I started reading that and it built on the other two books that were recently presented to me taking me deeper on this path of appreciating how the Divine works in my life and how I can get my relationship to even deeper levels. I’m so excited just thinking about all the amazing things that have been finding their way to me lately. Especially all the AMAZING people walking into my life. I’m so beyond words grateful!

Today, I commit to being open to Divine Guidance. We all tend to have our preferred communication sources with Divine energy (if that is what we believe it is). My preferred receiving methods are reading, writing, feeling, and other people. I’ve been led to countless books; I’ve done all kinds of different writing sessions; and I feel both physical signals like chills, tingling, hair standing, retracting, expanding, and emotional signals like a particular surge in feeling that doesn’t feel related to what is presently happening. I’ve also been led to countless individuals who say or do just the thing I need in that instance to open my eyes. Have you ever been called by that friend that shares the one thing that helps you from feeling stuck? Have you ever felt to reach out to a random stranger that becomes a lifelong friend or helps guide you through a tough stop? I don’t question why those conversations and relationships show up.

This doesn’t mean that these are the only ways I’m guided, I’ve had plenty of inspired messages that come to me on nature walks, and cloud watching sessions where I heard an inner voice guiding me. The key is that I stay open to whatever way the messages come through. I have a friend who tends to get the most out of her meditation sessions. I have others that go to water to get their messages. Some people find their guidance through their religious practices. Whatever way we are most open is the way the guidance will be received.

Today, my commitment to myself is to STAY OPEN to receive. Yesterday, I bought a God journal. I felt very led to do it. It says, “Blessed BEYOND measure” on the front. To me the cover looks like flowing energy fields. I’ve been noticing I’ve been wanting to deepen my relationship with the Divine so I’m going in. I’ve reading and listening to two different books that are both guiding me to do so. I’ve learned to trust what comes. Life is so much easier when I don’t try to control the uncontrollable.
