I’m grateful for giggling. There is nothing quite like a good giggle. There is this incredible joy that comes with giggling with someone else. I see the laugh and the giggle as two separate things. For me, the giggle is about the connection with someone else. When I think of giggling, I think of the silliness that can happen between friends and oh my goodness, children. I get to experience this a lot. I love acquiring friends who can be silly and deep. This is a magical combination. I also love hearing little children giggle as connect with others. Giggling and listening to giggling is one of my favorite ways of aligning with the energy of love, abundance, and peace.

Today, I commit to using giggling to align my energy with love, abundance, and peace. I can do this both personally by calling a friend and by seeking out giggling videos. I have a favorite one of my son giggling that I turn to often. I’m excited about today’s goal to aligning with love, abundance, and peace. I have a few standing calls both weekly and bi-weekly. There is usually at least one giggle moment in each conversation. I have a romantic partner and two teens who give me at least one good giggle daily. The act of giggling brings joy to my heart and keeps me connected to the people I love. I’m keeping it simple today, because sometimes that all I need to align with the energy of love, abundance, and peace.

With Love, Abundance, and Peace,
