“When you blame others, you give up your power to change.”
Robert Anthony
This quote is a reminder I have to give myself often. My stories in my head are nobody else’s responsibility. I’m responsible and accountable for how I CHOOSE to view ANYTHING in my life. I am going to go through challenging times, but blaming anyone else doesn’t serve me living my best life. If I don’t like the way something is, I have to find ways to navigate my way through it. I can’t change anyone else. The only things I can change are MY thoughts, beliefs, stories, and behaviors that are influencing my feelings about what is going on. When I stop blaming others, I start finding solutions to the things that aren’t working.
The Difference:
Can you believe what they are doing? NO POWER
What can I do? POWER
