“When you change your mind, your brain changes; and when you change your brain, your mind changes.”
DR. Joe Dispenza, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself
When I went back to college as an adult, brain science was making great strides. As the years pass, more and more is being discovered. As a trauma survivor, I used to be told that I would “NEVER” be able to move beyond what happened to me. I’m so grateful that I learned that is only true if I keep choosing to believe that is true. When I changed my story (mind) and BELIEVED my new story, I formed new neurological pathways (brain). My brain started to process information differently. If you wonder why I chose to live life from a loving place, it’s because I’m committed to changing the pathways that aren’t serving my highest good. With a lot of progress, I don’t tend to stay in energy that isn’t serving me for long. My mind can quickly find a way for me to feel what I need to feel without staying in the energy of fear, lack, and separation, which I wrote a yearlong series about, which is called “Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace”. It’s pretty AMAZING!
