Whether I’m happy or stressed, I’m always grateful for the exhale. When I’m happy, the exhale embraces the moment of AWE. When I’m stressed, the exhale gives me time to slow down and create space from the chaos.
Both types of exhales come from a place of love, abundance, and peace. I consider them both God space. Often it’s in the exhale that I can hear the little whisper of guidance, because in that long exhale, I’m silent. I’m in God space.
When we are holding on to energy of fear, lack, and separation we hold our breath. It’s almost like a festering flame building inside of us. When we release, we make space for peace. We make God space. When I focus on my breath and allow the space, the guidance I need is often there.
When I can, I just start writing from that space, which in-turn creates more space. I know I really hit the jackpot when I can get to the feeling of AWE or goosebumps.
If you are looking for spiritual guidance on something, write down the question. Then allow yourself to focus on your exhales. Pay attention to any messages coming through or start writing. See what comes up.
