Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #207

I’m grateful for the feeling of abundance after writing a gratitude list. To live in the energy of abundance is to live in gratitude. The more I focus on gratitude, the more abundance I feel. The more I live in wanting, the more lack I feel. Living in abundance or lack is a choice I make moment to moment. That is why I love my gratitude lists, because when I start writing lists, my mind becomes focused on what I have to be grateful for instead of focusing my energy on all the things I don’t have. There is a trick though…keep reading. Setting goals gives us a vision, but then we have to move into the energy of the moment. What can I do right now to align myself with abundance? If I’m not taking steps right now to shift my energy into a space of receiving, I will stay in the energy that keeps me wanting. A gratitude list is one of the things I can always do in the moment to move me from the energy of lack to the energy of abundance. I love the feeling of abundance!

Today, I commit to focusing on the feeling of abundance while appreciating what I have. I’ve realized that just saying or writing the words isn’t enough. In order for me to engage in the full feeling of abundance, I have to really project my gratitude with my whole heart. I have to feel it fully as I write or speak the words. When I can sit in the full feeling of gratitude, that’s when I feel the ENERGY of Abundance after writing the words.

I will take time to write things I’m listing. That way I give myself the space to FEEL what I’m grateful for. If you want to join along, write a couple things without thinking too much. Then, really focus on what you are writing and notice the difference in the feelings that follow. This is how we authentically align with the energy of love, abundance, and peace. When we master this…we create space for SO MUCH MORE!

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #199

I’m grateful there is no ONE right way. When I opened myself up to see in perspectives. I discovered my way is not the ONLY way. Some of you might be thinking, well duh. For me, I needed to REALLY look at this one and not just when it was comfortable to do so. I used to beat myself up for not doing things RIGHT. I realized that sometimes what is more important than doing things RIGHT is making sure my energy is aligned with love, abundance, and peace over fear, lack, and separation. When I remind myself there is no ONE right way, I feel at peace. It takes the pressure off and reminds me to focus on what does matter—Aligning with the energy I want to see more of in the world.

Today, I commit to seeing opportunities to grow in my perspectives. Being aligned with love, abundance, and peace helps me live in the faith that no matter how things turn out, If I’m aligned I do what is RIGHT for the moment I am in. Some other people are going to look at things differently than I do. They need to do what is right for them in the moment they are in. That is not my business to judge that. I can get curious to try to understand where someone else is coming from. If I find myself judging someone, I need to ask myself: Where is my energy aligning? Being open gives me opportunities to grow.

When I’m aligning with fear, lack, and separation I don’t ever feel secure that I’m doing what is RIGHT. I live in a constant questioning and I get very wishy-washy. My thoughts can go towards a revenge mentality, which feels AWEFUL! My stomach gets all tied in knots and I often leave the situation wishing I did or said something other than what I did.

When I’m aligning with love, abundance, and peace I have this inner knowing that the decision I’m making is right in this moment. Here’s the thing though, as long as I’m aligned with love, abundance, and peace I can make a variety of different decisions and the the people around me can make decisions and I still stay centered knowing it will all work out and be okay. The situation can be a challenging one and even if I’m working to figure out what to do, I feel calm and peaceful while taking big breaths to gain clarity.

A game I like to play with myself is to find other ways people handle specific challenges. Instead of thinking of people as right and wrong, I will simply see things in the perspective of they are doing what is right for them in this moment. Then I watch how just thinking that thought affects me. I’m happy to say, every time I do it, I feel fully aligned with the energy of love, abundance and peace.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #198

I’m grateful for my perspectives that encourage self-care. I know that living life as my healthiest self takes work. Just like it takes work to live as the sickest version of myself. Self-care is an act of love to myself. When I’m taking care of myself, I am a better partner, friend, daughter, mother, sister, and community member. I’ve learned how important it is to give myself the love that I deserve. I don’t expect others to give what I don’t give to myself. Self-care helps me set healthy boundaries with others. My perspectives on self-care are a great reminder that self-care makes me a better human. I’m not as irritable, reactive, worried, or stressed. The people in my life get the best of me and my healthy mindset keeps me stay aligned with love, abundance, and peace for longer time periods. I can feel it when I stop doing what works. I’m so grateful to be able to to know what does work to get me out of any darkness. I just have to choose to take care of myself. Self-care helps me to get out of my own way.

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that encourage self-care. Self-care takes commitment. If we want to operate from our healthiest place for the people in our lives, we have to do the work to hold ourselves responsible and accountable for what is going on inside of us. My self-care means I’m going to be more loving, patient, compassionate, kind, empathetic, happy, connected, etc. Self-care is my path to aligning with the energy of of love, abundance, and peace. Like I talked about last week, we have to know love and peace from the inside in order to recognize it in the world around us. We have to live gratitude to know abundance. How much time are we going to give ourselves to ground and center ourselves?

Self-care is not selfish or self-seeking. Self-care is a way that we can be responsible and accountable for the energy we are putting out in the world. If we are not paying attention to that, we can get sucked into the abyss of fear, lack, and separation. That is what is self-seeking. When we are lost in our own abyss, we do more damage to the people around us. We start unconsciously spreading fear, lack, and separation. We become prime targets to believe in conspiracy theories and engage in cult activities. We can only succumb to these things if we aren’t conscious of where we attach to the energies of fear, lack, and separation.

Self-care is about committing to aligning with the energy we want to see more of in the world. We have to live it inside us first before we can amplify this energy around us. These are just some of my perspectives that encourage my self-care. These are the things I tell myself so that I MAKE time! As many of you know, I love writing letters from a better me. These are my commitments to myself. The video below is one of my letters of commitment. You can see the written version if you click on the word here. My book is filled with many of the letters that I used to nurse myself back to a healthy mindsets.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #196

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me hope. Hope is what gives me the vision of a better future. Hope is what encourages me to make better choices today. Hope is my guide to envisioning my goals and dreams of helping more people awaken the best version of themselves. My perspectives of hope are what make me believe that the healthier we are, the more we can create positive change in the world. They also encourage me to keep working at breaking unhealthy patterns in my life so that I can break the chains for future generations.

Now, there is a fine balance of having perspectives of hope, without blinding us to what is happening in the present moment. The trick is not confusing hope with a fairytale. When hope acts as a map to help us align with the energy of love, abundance, and peace, we can open the the doors up for ourselves and go on some amazing journeys. If we use hope with the combination of fear, lack, and separation, we create our own nightmares. Many of us have heard the saying, “Be careful what you wish for.” It’s important to be conscious of what we are hoping for.

It took me a long time to understand how to have hope without attaching to an outcome. I had to learn to let my hope give me signposts while enjoying how the journey unfolds. I realized having hope didn’t have to mean having expectations of how EXACTLY things will turn out. My hope helps me align with the way I want to live in today. My hopes help me question my choices in a constructive way as long as I’m aligning them with the energy of love, abundance, and peace.

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that bring me hope. I love all the exercises I’ve been doing this past week. Just thinking of all the perspectives I have that align me with the energy of love, abundance, and peace have helped me to appreciate all the things that work in my life. That in itself ignites even more hope in my soul.

One of my perspectives that brings me great hope is my belief in God contracts. I’ve been thinking about this one a lot lately. This particular hope helps me to keep putting one front in front of my other during the best and worst of times. This one reminds me that I can choose to fulfill my God contract aligned with the energy of love, abundance, and peace or fear, lack, and separation. I feel like it’s picking out the car I want to travel this journey of life on. I can upgrade or downgrade my car as much as I choose to do so. I love thinking about my perspectives that bring me hope.

I also love listening to other’s hopes that come from the energy of love, abundance, and peace. I can feel my soul light up when someone else is shining theirs next to me. I love that we become like batteries for each other to keep the light shining longer. It truly is a beautiful part of the journey.

What perspectives bring you hope?

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #195

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me peace. I used to believe that peace came from outside of me. I had no idea that I would live in the energy of separation until I found inner peace. I didn’t realize that I was feeding the energy of chaos and separation because I was blaming things outside of me for not being peaceful. MY THOUGHTS WEREN’T PEACEFUL! Of course, it was impossible to attract peace to my life. I sabotaged peace because I was attracted to chaos. That’s where my perspectives were aligned.

I’m so grateful I began the journey of going inside to tap into my peace. As I changed my perspectives around peace, I saw more and more opportunities for peace internally and externally. I started attracting friends who emanated peace. I learned what I project out, I get back. This doesn’t mean if I say positive things, positive things will come to me. It means my energy has to be aligned at the core, which is how I treat myself. The more peaceful that energy got, the more peace I brought into my life.

our perspectives can align us with with peace or separation in any moment. Separation breeds chaos. Peace breed unity. I’m so grateful my perspectives align my actions with what I want to create more of in the world on most days. The key once again is simply to be aware of my perspectives of truth and ask myself:

Are my perspectives aligning with the energy I want to create more of? Consciousness is key!

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that bring me peace. If I want to make space for peace around me, I have to feel it inside me. The perspectives that bring peace to my life come from the belief (my perspective) that my soul is safe. When I feel safe, I can breathe a long full breath that brings even more peace to me in that moment.

Before I do interviews, I do a meditation. I ask God to give me the words that will help others. My belief is that God will make sure that everything I’m meant to say is. Therefore, I can feel peace knowing it’s all working out exactly the way it’s supposed to. I do a similar prayer before speaking events, sometimes things I had no plan of saying come out, but I still feel peace, because I know it’s what was meant to come out.

When I feel like I’m starting to align with the energy of separation, I step back and take three long deep breaths. My perspective is that when I do that, I move myself from separation to peace. Since that is what I believe, I make space for it to work that way. Again, consciousness is key! We have to know we are in an energy field to move out of it or deeper into it.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and peace #194

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me abundance. Abundance doesn’t just mean financial abundance. Abundance is a very large quantity of anything, so it can include anything we feel like we have an abundance of like love, spirit, friends, successes, etc. Living in abundance is living in gratitude, because we are focused on everything we DO have. It is the opposite of living in lack, the world of not enough.

The perspectives that come from lack can make a person feel desperate and do desperate things to attempt to overcome their feeling of lack. If people are feeling lack, they don’t believe that they have everything they need in this moment. They believe their life would be better if it looked a different way than what they are capable of doing in this very moment. I don’t know anyone who has never felt lack from time to time, but some people are so consumed by it that they will try to win at all costs to overcome it, which includes lying, cheating, and stealing. A person can be financially rich and never live in the energy of abundance. A person can be surrounded by people who love them and never feel an abundance of love. Having things, doesn’t mean we are abundant. Appreciating what we have is what makes us abundant.

The beauty of filling myself with perspectives that bring me abundance is that it makes more room for even more abundance. My smile is taking over my face as I write these words just feeling all the areas my life is abundant. I also get to see where I still have work to do in making room for abundance in other areas. I’m grateful that I’m conscious of my perspectives, because it gives me wonderful room to grow.

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that bring abundance into my life. The air fills my lungs with such tremendous gratitude as I focus on my perspectives. I feel like I live in abundance, though many looking onto my life wouldn’t think so because of their interpretations of abundance, but what other people think of our abundance doesn’t matter. The only person’s perspectives around abundance that matter for how I live my life are my own. If I’m comparing my life to someone else’s and don’t feel like I have enough, I’m living in lack. I’ve noticed that abundance is an area I have to really be clear about my perspectives that I’m buying into.

The consumer world wants us to live in lack because that is how they sell products. I pay close attention to my thoughts when I’m thinking about what a person is trying to sell me and how I feel inside listening to their pitch. I can see when my perspectives are falling into the energy of lack. Then, I can write down that perspective and I come up with multiple perspectives that will align my energy with abundance again. I can’t tell you how many times doing this little thing has saved me unnecessary money spent, which in-turn aligned me with more financial abundance. Buying anything from a place of lack, only creates more lack.

Let’s talk body image and living a healthy lifestyle. I used to live in lack around weight loss. I would walk on a treadmill for an hour a day sweating my ass off running, walking uphill, and walking at a fast pace. I was miserable eating the foods and I wasn’t losing weight!!! I lived in the energy of lack when it came to my body and how it looked. Then I started doing the work to love myself exactly as I am. I started looking in the mirror and appreciating everything my body has done for me. Instead of cursing at it, I started thanking it. I started walking outside and listening to inspirational audiobooks and meditations on my walk. I walked at slower pace, enjoyed the scenery, and didn’t think about how many calories I was burning. I started making things I enjoyed eating and because my mind was in a healthier mindset, I started being attracted to healthier foods. My perspectives were aligned with abundance and the only thing that lessened was the pounds on the scale.

Another perspective that I’ve had for a long time is that money shows up. I believe (my perspective) when I’m meant to have something or go somewhere, the money shows up. If the money didn’t come, it’s not a part of my journey having that thing or going that place at this moment in time. This perspective keeps me from being in a place of lack when I don’t get what I want. I have so many more that I will enjoy looking at throughout the day.

What are your perspectives that bring you abundance?

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #193

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me love. What I believe is the energy I create my reality from. This week, I’m focusing on my perspectives that bring and encourage me to live my best life aligned with the energy of love, abundance, and peace. Today, I’m starting in my awakening moment where I finally defined love and started living by the definition. I know I write and talk about this a lot, because it really is one of the most powerful perspective shifts I’ve made that has re-framed and re-shaped my life. I think back to the old perspectives I felt about love that kept me attracting unhealthy people to my life. I look at all the amazing people in my life now and I’m so grateful. As my perspectives got stronger and stronger towards aligning with the love I defined, my life started opening up in the most amazing ways. My family, friends, romance, blog, book, Facebook page, and so much more brought such amazing gifts of love to my life. Seeing love clearly helps me quickly spot what is love and what isn’t.

Today, I’m going to look at my perspectives that bring love to my life. I’m very clear on the fact that the love I create inside me towards myself, God, and others is what I project out to the world. My energy around love is what brings or repels authentic love to my life. This is why I make sure I’m spending time cultivating the love inside of me, so I’m consciously creating love around me. One of the ways I keep myself in-check is to look at the beliefs (perspectives of truth) I’m holding about love. I find it best to write them down. There was once a time that I wouldn’t be able to write them down, which showed how unconscious I was living about what I was putting out in the world.

The best way to know we aren’t spreading the energy of fear, lack, and separation over love, abundance, and peace is to be CONSCIOUS of the beliefs we have convinced ourselves are true and look at how those beliefs are affecting our lives. We are attracting love or fear in every moment. The blessing in that is we can change our perspectives to align better with the energy of love, abundance, and peace if we make the conscious choice. In the next moment, we get that choice again. Our life is not destined for joy or misery. People who are faced with very challenging circumstances, don’t ALL feel the same. Some of the most amazing people I know have faced some of the darkest days and love anyway.

I look at Holocaust survivors such as Eli Weisel and Viktor Frankl and people like Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela. Each one of these people turned extreme hardships and challenges into fuel for representing love in the most powerful ways. Any of them could have chose perspectives that kept them victims of the people that held them down, but instead, they chose to rise and believe in perspectives of a better world for themselves and others and all of them attracted amazing people to their lives. This also may remind you of stories written about Jesus. It doesn’t mean it’s always going to be pretty, but we can leave this world knowing that our contribution made the world a little better. Even if it is just for the people in our immediate circles. Do you want to leave a legacy of love or fear?

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #192

I’m grateful I have the tools to get out of my own way. The thing about being self-aware and taking personal responsibility for what is mine is that I’m empowered to do something about it when I don’t like what is happening. Over the last one hundred and ninety-one days, you’ve got a glimpse into many of the tools I use regularly to get out of my own way. I’m so incredibly grateful that I’ve discovered all these tools on my journey, because just like many others, I’m going to have days where I don’t feel like getting out of bed.

I have days when the pressures of single parenting two teens bring me to tears. I’m also getting to the age when my hormones are starting to play games with my thoughts and my body. Yes, two hormonal teens and a hormonal mom in one household can be extra fun, but I surround myself with people who encourage me to use the tools I have. I do the work to stay aligned with love, abundance, and peace even when part of me wants to stay in my own chaos. Just because I decided to go on this journey, I am not guaranteed no challenging things will come up. I learn from my own shadows and the shadows of others. I learn from my losses, disappointments, and attachments. The lessons aren’t always pretty. Having the tools to get out of my own way helps me so that I don’t fall into the abyss of depression, anxiety, loneliness, and the feeling of being completely overwhelmed. One of my tools is to feel through the pain to the other side, and sometimes I have to allow myself to be in it.

Today, I commit to using the tools I have to get out of my own way. I’m the ONLY person who can get myself out of an emotional or mental state that I’m in. If I need outside help, I’m the one who needs to make the call and ask for it. If I need to invest money in living a healthier life, I have let go of some of the things that aren’t healthy so that I can. If I need to practice stretching, yoga, meditation, prayer, BEING, mindfulness, etc. than that is on me. I have to keep myself open to learning by reading and watching videos that will assist me on my journey.

One of the beautiful tools I have is intuition. The healthier I am, the more clear my intuition is. I’ve been really enjoying watching that tool strengthen over the years. I’ve been attracting amazing friends to my life that have been helping me develop that part of me. It’s pretty amazing. Just like EVERYTHING else, it takes practice. We can have a millions of tools but never choose to use them. Today, I’m committing to use the tools I have, how about you?

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #191

I’m grateful to the mountains for connecting me with the AWE. I consider the feeling of AWE that of the most pure joy that takes our breaths away. We are fully engaged with the present moment to the point of authentic BEING. In this space we are fully aligned with love, abundance, and peace. Mountains are one of those things that can get me to the state of AWE every time I take the time to appreciate them. Every time I take a mountain trip, I feel completely centered and refreshed from that time enjoying the present moment. The best thing is that there are tons of amazing photos and videos of mountain landscapes at the touch of my fingers. I have them on my walls. I have them tattooed on my soul. When I’m deep in the muck, and can’t muster up the strength to use tools I know that will get me out, I can simply scroll through these beautiful landscapes and be in the AWE.

Today, I commit to aligning with love, abundance, and peace by being in AWE over mountain views. One of the things I’ve been enjoying doing is sending prayers out when I’m in the state of AWE. I feel like I’m in my most connected energy when I’m there, so why not share as much as I possibly can. Looking at mountains is so much fun for me, because not only am I aligning with love, abundance, and peace, I’m manifesting more of this beauty in my life. We get back what we put out there. Finding the things that create AWE in our lives is what we need to create more good in the world.

I know I have to make sure I’m on my own priority list, so that I can connect with the AWE. When I do that, I feel like I’m making a better space to connect to others, myself, and God. I know that if I connect to others from a place of fear, lack, and separation, I will be creating more of that in the world. My goal always is to align the best I can with love, abundance, and peace. This means I need to do the work. That is why I write these daily blogs. This is why I keep finding more and more to be grateful for. This is why it’s so important for me to feel AWE. I’m so grateful I’ve discovered mountains being one of the fastest ways for me to get there. How did you get yourself there?

I’m grateful for the feeling of water against my skin. This is the week of BEING. When I slow myself down to appreciate the way that water feels against my skin, an instant smile comes across my face. I enjoy the process of washing my hands, showering, floating in a pool, swimming in a lake, wading in the Gulf of Mexico, walking through a stream, and playing in a waterfall. Water holds so much joy for me. All I have to do is slow down enough to appreciate it.

Today, I commit to appreciating the feeling of water touching my skin. SLOW DOWN! I have a practice of consciously washing my hands and appreciating the way the water feels as it kisses my skin. I also love standing in the shower and taking the feeling in. I focus on on area at a time and pay attention to how the water feels. When I’m done with the shower, I feel completely at peace. I move more consciously into my day. When I slow down enough to do this, I can find peace washing dishes, watering the plants, and washing the car. Consciously slowing down aligns me with love, abundance, and peace. There is no drama that exists in my time with water. How beautiful is that?
