Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #324

I’m grateful that I KNOW abundance. Of the three areas I’ve been working on, abundance is the one I still have the most work to do in. I KNOW abundance emotionally, spirituality, creatively, environmentally, intellectually, and socially. When it comes to financially and occupationally, I still have some work to do. Since I began this journey, I’ve become more aware of when I’m living in the energy of lack. The only reason I can do this is because I KNOW abundance. I had to first see lack in each of the wellness areas before I could know abundance. Living in gratitude is living in abundance. That desperate energy that I don’t have enough in this moment, that’s lack. I’ve experienced both lack and abundance in all areas of my wellness. That is what it took for me to know abundance.

Coming to the realization that I’m in the energy of lack or abundance in the different areas of my wellness was a revelation to me. As much as I believe in the energy of abundance, I have a lot of old beliefs about lack still attaching to my thoughts, feelings, and actions. At this point most of my manifestations around the energy of lack have to do with my career and money. As I’m in a place of in-betweens, I tend to see my lack energy surface. This wasn’t always the case. When I was younger, I experienced abundance in my career, I just didn’t have the experience to KNOW that at the time. My knowing of love wasn’t there yet, so I sabotaged my career. Everything happened the way it was supposed to so I have no regrets, I just look at it from a place of awareness.

Knowing abundance helps me get back on track when I feel myself sliding into the energy of lack, and be grateful for those areas I feel like I’m in complete abundance. I’m so grateful to be on this journey right now because I’ve really opened my eyes to see what my strengths and my challenges are. This is all just a piece of the puzzle.

Today, I commit to BE in the KNOWING of abundance. I’m excited for today! It’s been awhile since I took the time to BE in the KNOWING of abundance, and right now is Divine timing. I felt myself getting anxious about what comes next for me after these 365 days are over. I slipped out of the present moment, which means I slipped out of abundance. Abundance can only be experienced in the present moment. If I’m fearing paying bills, schedules, and making enough to support myself and my two kids, I’m not being present. I’m not experiencing what this moment is meant to show me, which means I’m attached to lack instead of abundance.

To BE in the KNOWING of abundance, I will use writing, meditation, and my latest vision board.

  1. To get myself in the energy of abundance, I will start by writing out my gratitude list in all nine areas of wellness: Emotional, spiritual, social, financial, physical, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and creative.
  2. Sit in a meditation with music that stimulates the feeling of abundance for me.
  3. Read all my messages on my board starting with, “My financial wealth comes from doing what I love” then lists all the things that I love that are career oriented.
  4. Sit quietly and go into BEING in the KNOWING of abundance. Just like yesterday’s post, if I’m not feeling complete peace, I’m not in the BEING, and will work through what I need to in order to get back there.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #281

I’m grateful for what money can do to support the energy of love, abundance, and peace. Having a healthy relationship with money is what it takes to live in financial abundance. One of the ways I appreciate money is to think of the ways that people use it in alignment with the energy of love, abundance, and peace. When people use it in the energy of love, abundance, and peace, the money helps to create more love, abundance, and peace. Not because of the piece of paper, but because of the energy of the person giving the money.

All money ever does is amplify the energy of it’s giver and receiver. If we give from a place of lack, we will only create more lack for ourselves. If we receive from a place of lack (not enough), we willingly create more lack for ourselves. I choose to be grateful, so that the abundance spreads. I choose to pay attention to the people who are doing good things with their money, so that I can amplify the energy of love, abundance, and peace by supporting the people doing the good deeds.

Money is never the problem, the people who are giving and receiving money are the problem and the solution. As a society, we tend to amplify more of what we don’t want, and then wonder why it keeps happening. We amplify the energy of fear, lack, and separation. We keep doing this and wonder why we keep getting the same result, which is the definition of insanity. The people who are living, giving, and receiving in the energy of love, abundance, and peace are amplifying that out to the world, which is why it leads to more people amplifying that energy. The people living, giving, and receiving won’t will feel repelled by what people living in that energy are doing and try to create story and chaos around it. That’s the only way they can keep amplifying their energy of fear, lack, and separation for themselves and anyone else who is attracted to their energy.

Today, I commit to focusing on the good money can do when a person is aligned with love, abundance, and peace. Doing this can have magical effects. I love how the energy of abundance works. When I invest my full energy into focusing on an area of abundance, great opportunities tend to present themselves. I’m putting my focus on financial abundance today because sometimes I forget to look at the amazing people doing good things when on the TV and social media I see so many corruptions. I know I don’t want my energy to be invested there! I look forward to spending the day focusing on people supporting each other, the planet, animals, and so much more.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #249

I’m grateful for lessons in Divine financial abundance. When I say lessons, I really mean finding my way home to truth. I’ve had reactions to certain words, phrases, judgments, beliefs, and thoughts about money since I was young. I don’t always know why I have the reactions I have, but none the less, they are there. It’s almost like my soul is tapping me saying this is true or this is not true. Let’s take, “Money is evil.” I’ve never liked this one. It makes my body tense up and want to physically remove it from my very atmosphere. Money is paper. Money is a material thing. It’s the thoughts and beliefs we choose to put into money that make it what it is to us. Let’s dig deeper.

One of the greatest freedoms I uncovered is the power of my own perspective. I’m still a work in progress when it comes to Divine financial abundance, but here is what I’ve discovered so far. The second I focus my energy around a thought and attach my feelings to it, the thought becomes a belief. I have to REALLY be conscious of the energy I’m projecting out into the world. That being said, let’s take, “Money is evil.” If I choose to believe money is evil, I psychically, physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally reject the energy of money coming to me for doing good. That doesn’t work for me. I don’t believe that money is evil. I will not blame a piece of paper for what what humans choose to do with it. Not all humans make choices that contribute to the fear, lack, and separation within themselves and out in the world using money as the weapon. Some people choose to do wonderful things with money. Some people’s use of money benefits many people’s lives in many different ways. That is not the money that makes that choice, it is the individual who is putting their energy into what they do with the money. We are each accountable and responsible for what is going on inside of us and what we choose to project out to the world.

That being said, why should someone who is doing good things to help many people feel like they shouldn’t be allowed to enjoy financial abundance themselves? Why as a society do we think professions that serve others should make less? Is that money’s fault? NO, that is a human perspective problem in my book. I bought into this perspective and joined in on many judgments of others for this perspective too. All I was doing was keeping financial abundance away from myself. What I believe projects out and comes back. I can’t just choose to believe that in one area of my life and not the other, LOL. It just doesn’t work that way.

I’ve been working through breaking many thought and belief patterns tied to Divine financial abundance. Since I asked the Universe for help, I’ve been seeing so many different blocks I’m still holding onto. The beauty is that I know when I have worked through my blocks when Divine financial abundance flows into my life. I keep remembering any thought I put out into the Universe is creating my reality. The more conscious I am, the more aware I am of what I’m putting out into the world.

Today, I believe that Divine financial abundance is something that comes when my beliefs about money are aligned with my passion for what I’m contributing. Once my beliefs align, my actions align. Once my actions align, my outcomes align.

I’ve told myself again and again that money always shows up when I need it. Well, this statement has been true for me in so many ways, because I believe it to be true. Here’s the block though, it shows up when I “NEED” it. If I fuel energy of love, abundance, and peace and imagine myself doing something that needs money, even if it’s something like a road trip, the money shows up. If I imagine my kids having a specific experience that I need money for, the money shows up. If I imagine myself in a specific place with a specific person, the way shows up. The issue is that until recently, I haven’t expanded my belief beyond need. AHHHHH…that was a HUGE awakening moment for me. I’m grateful for the opportunity to see and be open to changing perspectives of truth that are no longer serving me to the extent that I know is possible. This doesn’t make the belief wrong, just limited. I love seeing ways to expand my own limited thinking.

Today, I commit to being open to Divine financial abundance. My new mantra is, My financial wealth comes from doing what I love to do. That perspective makes me feel open and expansive in my body, mind, and soul. Now, I take the perspective deeper by defining what I love to do:

  • I love serving others from a loving place.
  • I love speaking both virtually and in-person to groups of people looking to align themselves with living their best lives.
  • I love writing as a form of service to humanity.
  • I love writing as a tool to deepen my connection with Divine energy, which is love, abundance, and peace.
  • I love sharing my experiences of aligning with the energy of love, abundance, and peace with others.
  • I love reading about other people’s journeys in how they choose to live from a loving place.
  • I love supporting others who are working through their energy of fear, lack, and separation.
  • I love being creative and trying new things to further align me with the energy of love, abundance, and peace.
  • I love helping people work together in a team.
  • I love helping individuals, teams, and leaders increase their communication skills.
  • I love helping people to get out of their own way.

I’m just writing these down as they come up. The list may change, grow, or expand as more and more clarity comes to me. That’s how this journey works. We are not stuck with any belief (perspective of truth) that no longer works for us. Sometimes we buy into beliefs for awhile to show us that they are not working. That doesn’t mean those beliefs won’t work for someone else, but that is not our journey to figure out.

Today is about figuring out how to be open to Divine financial abundance. It’s not about what anybody else does or believes. It’s about what I’m choosing to believe and how those beliefs affect my life and my level of abundance that I’m allowing into my life. If you embark on this journey focus on your own beliefs and dig as deep as you can to see how those beliefs about money and/or financial abundance affect your life. Then determine what is the best route for you.

Here are a some tips: Our judgments of others help us to see what beliefs are holding prisoner and which ones are setting us free. Observe your thoughts and judgments about people who have money and the people who don’t. Observe your thoughts and judgments of how you define success and failure (monetarily speaking). Observe how you think around people who have money and people who do not. Make a list: on one side write beliefs about money that align with love, abundance, and peace. On the other side write beliefs about money that align with fear (consequences of having money), lack (not enough), and separation (Better or less than others).

A reminder to self: Don’t forget to laugh. It helps to get stuck energy moving.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #246

I’m grateful for what does show up. In a nutshell, that is abundance. My energy is focused on the blessings of my day. I’m grateful for everything from the quarters I find in pockets to the many blessings of my amazing relationships. I’m grateful for the people who read my words. I’m grateful for the words I read. I’m grateful for the money I do have. I’m grateful for the opportunities I get to grow into the best version of myself. When I get out of bed, I get to breathe and live. A simple breath can bring me AWE by focusing on the magnitude of what that means.

It is so easy to get lost in the world of lack. That is the energy of “not enough”. Some of the wealthiest and poorest people are stuck in this energy. Here’s the cool thing, some of the poorest and richest people live in the energy of abundance, which is living in gratitude for what does show up. The difference is where a person’s energy is aligning the majority of the time: fear, lack, and separation OR love, abundance, and peace.

I’ve learned that my life flows A LOT better when I’m aligned with love, abundance, and peace. The Divine guidance, Divine connections, and Divine financial abundance show up as needed based on what I’m projecting out to receive back. I learned a long time ago, I can’t fake the energy of abundance, I’m in it or I’m not. I’ve also learned that the shift from lack to abundance can take a matter of seconds if I really focus my energy on being grateful for what does show up. I love how this has worked in my life again and again.

Today, I commit to focusing on what DOES show up in my life. YES, I’m going to spend the day making sure I’m aligned with the energy of what gives me the best outcome, which is love, abundance, and peace. The quickest way I know to move me into this energy is to focus on the things that do show up in my life.

For anyone joining me today, please note, this does not mean we don’t honor our feelings wherever they are. When doing this kind of work, it’s important to name and pay attention to our feelings because they are there trying to show us something. We don’t want to miss that. This is not fake it until we make it. Today is about authentically focusing our energy on what does show up and watching where focusing on that energy takes us throughout the day.

I like to begin from the beginning of the day:

  • Oxygen showed up to supply me with a way to breathe.
  • My heart and blood are working and they are working great, YAY!
  • My limbs all have circulation and are ready to move!
  • My dog shows up with love and cuddles.
  • The warm water shows up to give me a wonderful cleaning.
  • My senses show up so I can feel the water, smell the soaps, hear my audiobook, and taste the water in the shower.
  • Blueberry coffee shows up to make my soul smile as my senses delight.
  • My children wake-up to start a new day.
  • My eyes work, which mean I can read and write to my heart’s content.
  • Divine guidance shows up to give me my assignments for the day.
  • I get to celebrate the love ones I do get to see and talk to today.
  • The money I need to survive is available to me today.
  • I have a safe and loving environment to live in.
  • I see so many wonderful birds to enjoy.
  • I love seeing the beautiful clouds.
  • I doing what I love with my writing and creating.
  • All the people who I’m meant to help today are crossing my path.

The goal is simply acknowledging what does show up for me as often as I can remember. I hold the feeling of gratitude for what shows up in my life moment to moment. Sometimes I get to the amazing feeling of pure AWE that brings me to tears. If challenging feelings come up, I focus my energy on the specific feelings and what messages the feelings are trying to tell me. I might then ask for Divine guidance to help me move through the feelings. As long as I don’t do any numbing activities, I will usually find my guidance in a book, a conversation, or a Divine guided experience that reveals a step to moving through the feelings. By doing this, I contribute to the feeling of AWE by watching what shows up even in the throws of painful feelings. I’ve moved myself through some pretty hard times this way. Avoiding the feelings is contributing to the energy of fear, lack, and separation. Even when I’m in that energy, I’ve learned not to do anything that adds to it if I can stay aware enough in the moment.

I know this practice helps me align with the energy of love, abundance, and peace in a very beautiful way. The more days I can keep the practice going, the more abundance I feel. I’ve had so amazing things happen to me after an extended period of doing this. The key is to stay aware of where my energy is going and see how it expands out to the people around me the more aligned I am. I love being able to spread love so effortlessly. That’s what happens the more aligned we are. This is the begin of BEING the change. Sometimes it’s not about the doing, we have to get to the place where we are authentically BEING so that we can contribute to the world from a loving place.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #207

I’m grateful for the feeling of abundance after writing a gratitude list. To live in the energy of abundance is to live in gratitude. The more I focus on gratitude, the more abundance I feel. The more I live in wanting, the more lack I feel. Living in abundance or lack is a choice I make moment to moment. That is why I love my gratitude lists, because when I start writing lists, my mind becomes focused on what I have to be grateful for instead of focusing my energy on all the things I don’t have. There is a trick though…keep reading. Setting goals gives us a vision, but then we have to move into the energy of the moment. What can I do right now to align myself with abundance? If I’m not taking steps right now to shift my energy into a space of receiving, I will stay in the energy that keeps me wanting. A gratitude list is one of the things I can always do in the moment to move me from the energy of lack to the energy of abundance. I love the feeling of abundance!

Today, I commit to focusing on the feeling of abundance while appreciating what I have. I’ve realized that just saying or writing the words isn’t enough. In order for me to engage in the full feeling of abundance, I have to really project my gratitude with my whole heart. I have to feel it fully as I write or speak the words. When I can sit in the full feeling of gratitude, that’s when I feel the ENERGY of Abundance after writing the words.

I will take time to write things I’m listing. That way I give myself the space to FEEL what I’m grateful for. If you want to join along, write a couple things without thinking too much. Then, really focus on what you are writing and notice the difference in the feelings that follow. This is how we authentically align with the energy of love, abundance, and peace. When we master this…we create space for SO MUCH MORE!

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #199

I’m grateful there is no ONE right way. When I opened myself up to see in perspectives. I discovered my way is not the ONLY way. Some of you might be thinking, well duh. For me, I needed to REALLY look at this one and not just when it was comfortable to do so. I used to beat myself up for not doing things RIGHT. I realized that sometimes what is more important than doing things RIGHT is making sure my energy is aligned with love, abundance, and peace over fear, lack, and separation. When I remind myself there is no ONE right way, I feel at peace. It takes the pressure off and reminds me to focus on what does matter—Aligning with the energy I want to see more of in the world.

Today, I commit to seeing opportunities to grow in my perspectives. Being aligned with love, abundance, and peace helps me live in the faith that no matter how things turn out, If I’m aligned I do what is RIGHT for the moment I am in. Some other people are going to look at things differently than I do. They need to do what is right for them in the moment they are in. That is not my business to judge that. I can get curious to try to understand where someone else is coming from. If I find myself judging someone, I need to ask myself: Where is my energy aligning? Being open gives me opportunities to grow.

When I’m aligning with fear, lack, and separation I don’t ever feel secure that I’m doing what is RIGHT. I live in a constant questioning and I get very wishy-washy. My thoughts can go towards a revenge mentality, which feels AWEFUL! My stomach gets all tied in knots and I often leave the situation wishing I did or said something other than what I did.

When I’m aligning with love, abundance, and peace I have this inner knowing that the decision I’m making is right in this moment. Here’s the thing though, as long as I’m aligned with love, abundance, and peace I can make a variety of different decisions and the the people around me can make decisions and I still stay centered knowing it will all work out and be okay. The situation can be a challenging one and even if I’m working to figure out what to do, I feel calm and peaceful while taking big breaths to gain clarity.

A game I like to play with myself is to find other ways people handle specific challenges. Instead of thinking of people as right and wrong, I will simply see things in the perspective of they are doing what is right for them in this moment. Then I watch how just thinking that thought affects me. I’m happy to say, every time I do it, I feel fully aligned with the energy of love, abundance and peace.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #198

I’m grateful for my perspectives that encourage self-care. I know that living life as my healthiest self takes work. Just like it takes work to live as the sickest version of myself. Self-care is an act of love to myself. When I’m taking care of myself, I am a better partner, friend, daughter, mother, sister, and community member. I’ve learned how important it is to give myself the love that I deserve. I don’t expect others to give what I don’t give to myself. Self-care helps me set healthy boundaries with others. My perspectives on self-care are a great reminder that self-care makes me a better human. I’m not as irritable, reactive, worried, or stressed. The people in my life get the best of me and my healthy mindset keeps me stay aligned with love, abundance, and peace for longer time periods. I can feel it when I stop doing what works. I’m so grateful to be able to to know what does work to get me out of any darkness. I just have to choose to take care of myself. Self-care helps me to get out of my own way.

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that encourage self-care. Self-care takes commitment. If we want to operate from our healthiest place for the people in our lives, we have to do the work to hold ourselves responsible and accountable for what is going on inside of us. My self-care means I’m going to be more loving, patient, compassionate, kind, empathetic, happy, connected, etc. Self-care is my path to aligning with the energy of of love, abundance, and peace. Like I talked about last week, we have to know love and peace from the inside in order to recognize it in the world around us. We have to live gratitude to know abundance. How much time are we going to give ourselves to ground and center ourselves?

Self-care is not selfish or self-seeking. Self-care is a way that we can be responsible and accountable for the energy we are putting out in the world. If we are not paying attention to that, we can get sucked into the abyss of fear, lack, and separation. That is what is self-seeking. When we are lost in our own abyss, we do more damage to the people around us. We start unconsciously spreading fear, lack, and separation. We become prime targets to believe in conspiracy theories and engage in cult activities. We can only succumb to these things if we aren’t conscious of where we attach to the energies of fear, lack, and separation.

Self-care is about committing to aligning with the energy we want to see more of in the world. We have to live it inside us first before we can amplify this energy around us. These are just some of my perspectives that encourage my self-care. These are the things I tell myself so that I MAKE time! As many of you know, I love writing letters from a better me. These are my commitments to myself. The video below is one of my letters of commitment. You can see the written version if you click on the word here. My book is filled with many of the letters that I used to nurse myself back to a healthy mindsets.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #196

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me hope. Hope is what gives me the vision of a better future. Hope is what encourages me to make better choices today. Hope is my guide to envisioning my goals and dreams of helping more people awaken the best version of themselves. My perspectives of hope are what make me believe that the healthier we are, the more we can create positive change in the world. They also encourage me to keep working at breaking unhealthy patterns in my life so that I can break the chains for future generations.

Now, there is a fine balance of having perspectives of hope, without blinding us to what is happening in the present moment. The trick is not confusing hope with a fairytale. When hope acts as a map to help us align with the energy of love, abundance, and peace, we can open the the doors up for ourselves and go on some amazing journeys. If we use hope with the combination of fear, lack, and separation, we create our own nightmares. Many of us have heard the saying, “Be careful what you wish for.” It’s important to be conscious of what we are hoping for.

It took me a long time to understand how to have hope without attaching to an outcome. I had to learn to let my hope give me signposts while enjoying how the journey unfolds. I realized having hope didn’t have to mean having expectations of how EXACTLY things will turn out. My hope helps me align with the way I want to live in today. My hopes help me question my choices in a constructive way as long as I’m aligning them with the energy of love, abundance, and peace.

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that bring me hope. I love all the exercises I’ve been doing this past week. Just thinking of all the perspectives I have that align me with the energy of love, abundance, and peace have helped me to appreciate all the things that work in my life. That in itself ignites even more hope in my soul.

One of my perspectives that brings me great hope is my belief in God contracts. I’ve been thinking about this one a lot lately. This particular hope helps me to keep putting one front in front of my other during the best and worst of times. This one reminds me that I can choose to fulfill my God contract aligned with the energy of love, abundance, and peace or fear, lack, and separation. I feel like it’s picking out the car I want to travel this journey of life on. I can upgrade or downgrade my car as much as I choose to do so. I love thinking about my perspectives that bring me hope.

I also love listening to other’s hopes that come from the energy of love, abundance, and peace. I can feel my soul light up when someone else is shining theirs next to me. I love that we become like batteries for each other to keep the light shining longer. It truly is a beautiful part of the journey.

What perspectives bring you hope?

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #195

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me peace. I used to believe that peace came from outside of me. I had no idea that I would live in the energy of separation until I found inner peace. I didn’t realize that I was feeding the energy of chaos and separation because I was blaming things outside of me for not being peaceful. MY THOUGHTS WEREN’T PEACEFUL! Of course, it was impossible to attract peace to my life. I sabotaged peace because I was attracted to chaos. That’s where my perspectives were aligned.

I’m so grateful I began the journey of going inside to tap into my peace. As I changed my perspectives around peace, I saw more and more opportunities for peace internally and externally. I started attracting friends who emanated peace. I learned what I project out, I get back. This doesn’t mean if I say positive things, positive things will come to me. It means my energy has to be aligned at the core, which is how I treat myself. The more peaceful that energy got, the more peace I brought into my life.

our perspectives can align us with with peace or separation in any moment. Separation breeds chaos. Peace breed unity. I’m so grateful my perspectives align my actions with what I want to create more of in the world on most days. The key once again is simply to be aware of my perspectives of truth and ask myself:

Are my perspectives aligning with the energy I want to create more of? Consciousness is key!

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that bring me peace. If I want to make space for peace around me, I have to feel it inside me. The perspectives that bring peace to my life come from the belief (my perspective) that my soul is safe. When I feel safe, I can breathe a long full breath that brings even more peace to me in that moment.

Before I do interviews, I do a meditation. I ask God to give me the words that will help others. My belief is that God will make sure that everything I’m meant to say is. Therefore, I can feel peace knowing it’s all working out exactly the way it’s supposed to. I do a similar prayer before speaking events, sometimes things I had no plan of saying come out, but I still feel peace, because I know it’s what was meant to come out.

When I feel like I’m starting to align with the energy of separation, I step back and take three long deep breaths. My perspective is that when I do that, I move myself from separation to peace. Since that is what I believe, I make space for it to work that way. Again, consciousness is key! We have to know we are in an energy field to move out of it or deeper into it.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and peace #194

I’m grateful for my perspectives that bring me abundance. Abundance doesn’t just mean financial abundance. Abundance is a very large quantity of anything, so it can include anything we feel like we have an abundance of like love, spirit, friends, successes, etc. Living in abundance is living in gratitude, because we are focused on everything we DO have. It is the opposite of living in lack, the world of not enough.

The perspectives that come from lack can make a person feel desperate and do desperate things to attempt to overcome their feeling of lack. If people are feeling lack, they don’t believe that they have everything they need in this moment. They believe their life would be better if it looked a different way than what they are capable of doing in this very moment. I don’t know anyone who has never felt lack from time to time, but some people are so consumed by it that they will try to win at all costs to overcome it, which includes lying, cheating, and stealing. A person can be financially rich and never live in the energy of abundance. A person can be surrounded by people who love them and never feel an abundance of love. Having things, doesn’t mean we are abundant. Appreciating what we have is what makes us abundant.

The beauty of filling myself with perspectives that bring me abundance is that it makes more room for even more abundance. My smile is taking over my face as I write these words just feeling all the areas my life is abundant. I also get to see where I still have work to do in making room for abundance in other areas. I’m grateful that I’m conscious of my perspectives, because it gives me wonderful room to grow.

Today, I commit to looking at my perspectives that bring abundance into my life. The air fills my lungs with such tremendous gratitude as I focus on my perspectives. I feel like I live in abundance, though many looking onto my life wouldn’t think so because of their interpretations of abundance, but what other people think of our abundance doesn’t matter. The only person’s perspectives around abundance that matter for how I live my life are my own. If I’m comparing my life to someone else’s and don’t feel like I have enough, I’m living in lack. I’ve noticed that abundance is an area I have to really be clear about my perspectives that I’m buying into.

The consumer world wants us to live in lack because that is how they sell products. I pay close attention to my thoughts when I’m thinking about what a person is trying to sell me and how I feel inside listening to their pitch. I can see when my perspectives are falling into the energy of lack. Then, I can write down that perspective and I come up with multiple perspectives that will align my energy with abundance again. I can’t tell you how many times doing this little thing has saved me unnecessary money spent, which in-turn aligned me with more financial abundance. Buying anything from a place of lack, only creates more lack.

Let’s talk body image and living a healthy lifestyle. I used to live in lack around weight loss. I would walk on a treadmill for an hour a day sweating my ass off running, walking uphill, and walking at a fast pace. I was miserable eating the foods and I wasn’t losing weight!!! I lived in the energy of lack when it came to my body and how it looked. Then I started doing the work to love myself exactly as I am. I started looking in the mirror and appreciating everything my body has done for me. Instead of cursing at it, I started thanking it. I started walking outside and listening to inspirational audiobooks and meditations on my walk. I walked at slower pace, enjoyed the scenery, and didn’t think about how many calories I was burning. I started making things I enjoyed eating and because my mind was in a healthier mindset, I started being attracted to healthier foods. My perspectives were aligned with abundance and the only thing that lessened was the pounds on the scale.

Another perspective that I’ve had for a long time is that money shows up. I believe (my perspective) when I’m meant to have something or go somewhere, the money shows up. If the money didn’t come, it’s not a part of my journey having that thing or going that place at this moment in time. This perspective keeps me from being in a place of lack when I don’t get what I want. I have so many more that I will enjoy looking at throughout the day.

What are your perspectives that bring you abundance?

With Love, Abundance, and Peace,
