I’m grateful for the ability to empower myself right NOW. I inhale to the count of ten and exhale to the count of ten. My spirit is lifted and my eyes are clear. I’m ready to greet the day with a heart inspired by the energy of love, abundance, and peace. In this moment, I can be in whatever energy that connects me to the core of my BEING. In this moment, no one can take the empowerment I feel away from me. The only person who will take me out of this space is myself—that is a beautiful blessing.

Today, I commit to choosing empowerment NOW! Sometimes I forget that I can CHOOSE to feel empowered right here in this very moment. I’m only ever one perspective away from a thought of empowerment. When I take a deep cleansing breath, I get the reminder that this is my life. These are my lungs. This is my moment that God gave me. I can choose so many different things to do, to think, and to say in this moment. I have the choice to align my energy with love, abundance, and peace and allow the perspectives that come from that energy guide my thought, actions, and reactions into the next moment.

I don’t have to live in the chaos that comes from the energy of fear, lack, and separation. That is a choice I make moment to moment. In this moment, I’m choosing to live empowered and aligned with the energy I want to see more of in the world.

• I’m responsible and accountable for what I feel
• I’m responsible and accountable for what I say and do
• I’m responsible and accountable for how I treat others
• I’m responsible and accountable for hot I treat myself

That’s empowerment!
