I’m grateful for the gift of time. I’m grateful for the continuation of present moments that most of us refer to as time. I’m grateful for the amazing gifts that come with the opportunities to grow from moment to moment. I’m grateful for the time I’m given to surround myself with people I love. I’m grateful for the many things I get to do with my time here. I’m grateful for time I get to relax and not get caught up in the doing. I’m grateful that each day I get to wake up knowing that today is a gift that I can do whatever I want with—free will (yesterday’s topic if you missed it). I truly believe in the perspective of Divine timing and that belief offers me so many incredible gifts in how I choose to view time and space. With time there are endless opportunities to grow and expand.
Thinking about time, I really am amazed at how my life has unfolded. I feel blessed for all the connected moments I’ve gotten to share with others. I’ve had an incredible journey so far. It hasn’t always been pretty as I’ve shared before, but there is not a moment that wasn’t a part of getting me to where I am today. Each moment offers opportunities for me to make choice after choice to lead me in the same or a new direction. When I really think about the gift of time, it truly makes me grateful for my experience to start a new day.

Today, I commit to honoring the gift of time. I opened my eyes with a healthy body and mind today. My energy feels aligned with love, abundance, and peace as I take one moment and one breath at time. I will honor the time I’m given today by breathing in the gifts that time is offering me today, and appreciating all the time I’ve been given to heal what no longer works in my life. Everyday offers me a new opportunity heal, grow, connect, rest, work, play, and on and on. I also have time to invest in what is important to me in this moment. That can be self-care, career aspirations, training, family relations, etc. Time is only my enemy if I make it my enemy. I choose consciously to make time my ally. This is how I’m honoring the gift of time that I’ve been given today.
When I remember that the time I get to live is a gift, I see the importance of asking myself the question: What do I want to do with it? I’ve also learned to be less judgmental when a make choices consciously and unconsciously. Negative judgments of myself keep me aligned with the energy of fear, lack, and separation. I have no interest in feeding that energy. I simply take accountability and responsibility for my choices without the self-abuse attached to it. By being aware of my choices, I empower myself to choose differently next time and the next time happens in the next moment.

With Love, Abundance, and Peace,
