I’m grateful for waking up to my overall wellness. The last nine days of my daily aligning with love, abundance, and peace journey have given me the opportunity to dive deeper into nine different areas of wellness. When I used to think of wellness, I lumped it all together, which made it very challenging to spot when I wasn’t supporting myself in specific areas. It’s just like saying emotionally triggered instead of looking at the specific feelings an event, person, or circumstance have given me the opportunity to look at. The more aware I become, the more opportunities I get to make my life better. I don’t do this by staying in the dark. I like to shine light in those dark corners of my subconscious mind.
I’m grateful for the waking up process, now it’s up to me to stay awake. If you missed any of the last nine days, here is a quick reference:
- #340 Waking Up Physically
- #341 Waking Up Emotionally
- #342 Waking Up Socially
- #343 Waking Up Creatively
- #344 Waking Up Spiritually
- #345 Waking Up Intellectually
- #346 Waking Up Environmentally
- #347 Waking Up Occupationally
- #348 Waking Up Financially

Today, I commit to igniting my overall well-being. Let’s light it up! Simply being aware of how I’m processing things helps my overall well-being. I’m tired of creating obstacles without knowing that I’m the one creating them. When I pay attention to my wellness, I serve others from a wholehearted place. When I’m living from the energy of love, abundance, and peace, no one else is the recipient of my unhealed past. Thoughts may sneak in, but the more conscious I am, the faster I can change them to align with my overall wellness, which then serves the highest good.
I’ve decided to do a daily check-in with myself in each of the nine areas. I’m just going to list the nine categories on a small dry-erase board I have by my bedroom door. All I’m doing here is staying aware of how my thoughts, beliefs, ideas, and actions around these areas affects my daily living. It will help me to question if I’m doing things to contribute to my health and wellness daily.
Today’s mantra: I’m accountable and responsible for my overall well-being.
