Take a few minutes to appreciate something beautiful #DOITNOW

Make time to appreciate something beautiful. Don’t do it later. Do it now. Right now, look around you. Can you spot something beautiful? Breathe it in. Notice the details. Feel how your energy shifts as you really appreciate the beauty. Do you feel AWE? Be in it. Where do you feel it in your body? What sensations do you feel as you are enjoying the experience? Enjoy the feeling like you would walking through an AWE-Inspiring garden.
