What does it look like to contribute to your mental health? Is it a walk? Is it writing? Is it telling someone how you really feel? Is it making your boundaries clear? Is it doing a mindfulness practice, meditating, or transformational breathing? You are worth taking 10 minutes and consciously doing something to benefit your mental health. Do it now!
