#21 What Can I Do Now? Energy Work

A lot of different practices can be a part of energy work, but the goal for me is to do something that will align my energy with love, abundance, and peace over the energy of fear, lack, and separation. If you didn’t read my yearlong series, “Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace,” even though I name three different things, it’s all a part of love energy or fear energy. Seeing all three parts of both just helps me spot where my energy is a little easier.

Lately, I’ve been investing more time in learning about Donna Eden‘s energy work. If you click on her name, it will take you to her YouTube page. What I love about her work is that it’s just short little exercises to boost our energy. I specifically love her “Daily Energy Routine” (which only takes around five minutes) and her work with what she calls the radiant circuits.

If I want to stay aligned, focusing on my energy is something I can do NOW. Even if I didn’t want to do any of Donna Eden’s energy work, a simple dance around the room, yoga pose, stretch, walk, or laugh is all energy work. Sometimes, it’s an amazing conversation with a friend. It’s all about raising our energy vibrations.

  • Do I want my energy to be in a place to produce more love or more fear?
  • What am I willing to do to help my energy get there or keep it there?
  • Is it worth it to gift myself and my loved ones with five minutes of energy work?

It’s a gift to everyone to have our energy aligned with love, abundance, and peace. Energy work matters!

With Love and Gratitude,
