I’m grateful for so many health and wellness options. When we start living in the energy of love, abundance, and peace we start attracting health and wellness to us in the most incredible ways. Because we are ready to plant the seed, more options appear. Here’s an example, Back in 2020, I went to North Carolina to retreat into the mountains to re-center myself. While I was there, I started eating better, and a friend introduced me to a stretching exercise program that made my body feel better than it has is years. Since I came back from that trip, I started writing in my gratitude journal every day. Then I uncovered a block I had with financial abundance, so I started adding meditations and writing practices to my daily routine. That’s when the idea for this blog series came up to help me keep my thoughts, beliefs, and actions aligned with the energy of love, abundance, and peace.
So, I was eating better, exercising, losing weight, writing, and having a positive mindset. Then, I was asked to fill-in for someone as moderator on an author panel. I got to check out two books loaded with tons of tools and practices using more health and wellness modalities. Interviewing these women was such a treat, and I learned more about some mediation practices that I knew very little about. I even learned about a specific meditation practice that aligns perfectly with the work that I do.
It didn’t stop there. We also talked about the importance of nutrition and breaking patterns that aren’t serving us. This is the amazing thing about this journey. When we fully align with it, more ways to take care of ourselves appears. Here’s the best part, I didn’t spend any extra money to do it.
When we start living in the energy of love, abundance, and peace the doors to living healthier and more aligned lives appears. If you have money to spend, someone may tell you about a course, yoga class, Tai Chi class, meditation circle, drum circle, singing bowls, books, meal plans, the list goes on.
I’m so grateful there is so much out there when I set my intention on living my healthiest life. Oh and by the way, I did my first pull-up EVER during this time too. Yes, my body was healthier and stronger now than it has ever been.
Today’s intention is for a healthy body, mind and soul. Pay attention to how you are guided to take care of yourself. We can let the internet take us to places that will help us feel better, or that will contribute to us feeling worse. If an idea pops into your head to try a different kind of meditation, exercise, mindset practice, mindfulness exercises, etc. Go down that rabbit hole and find your wonderland of the adventure of wellness. Don’t stop there! Keep going! The truth is when I made the energy of love, abundance, and peace take the lead——time appeared. Enjoy the adventure.

Abundance
Repeat as much as you need to hear it until you can really start seeing all the options in your head:
I’m grateful for so many health and wellness options.
Now, write them down on a sticky note and put it somewhere you will see it when you are struggling to take care of yourself.
Peace
I commit to a restful sleep tonight.
Sleep is so important to our health and our inner peace. Set an decent bed time, find a meditation, and commit to making your best attempt for a restful sleep. I know I need this one.
