50 days!!! I’ve been on this journey for 50 days and so many wonderful things have happened. That is what happens when we align our energy with love, abundance,and peace——beautiful miracles unfold. I feel so connected to my purpose. I know that I’m doing exactly what I’m supposed to be doing in this moment. That feels amazing inside. The world around me can be in chaos, but because I’m aligned, I hold my peace. I project love, abundance, and peace and that is what comes back to me as I sit in my stillness, which I’m so grateful for. Today, I truly appreciate the stillness that comes with being aligned with love, peace, and abundance.

Today, I commit to noticing the stillness within me and appreciating it. The way to stillness is to release the energy of fear, lack, and separation inside of us. That energy keeps the chaos inside of us and makes it very hard to stop the hamster wheel of thoughts spinning in our brains. When we align with the love, abundance, and peace within us, stillness comes naturally. This turns into better sleep, better eating, and better taking care of ourselves, because we SLOW DOWN! Our mind isn’t filled with all the clutter, so we remember to take care of the gift that the Divine gave us with this life. When we commit to the journey of aligning with love, abundance, and peace——stillness becomes part of us. Today, when you notice you are aligned in the energy of love, abundance, and peace, STOP! Take three conscious breaths in and out and feel the stillness. Notice the peace and the feeling of expansion within you. If you can’t get there, keep doing this work daily. Write in your gratitude journals, do the challenges I suggest, and you will get there, but not if you stay aligned with fear, lack, and separation.
