I love when I get the chance to have a meaningful conversation with someone. I really cherish my connections with people. It can happen with a friend or a stranger. When people are open and vulnerable, it’s amazing where conversations can go. It’s one of the reasons I loved doing my “Seeds of Wisdom” series.

Many of the people who’s energy aligns with mine want to go much deeper. Even my two teenagers tend to go much deeper than one would expect of teenagers. I know plenty of adults who aren’t willing to open up like they do.

It’s been an amazing experience seeing how all these conversations unfold. I cherish each chance I get to have these conversations, because they truly align me with the energy of love, abundance, and peace in the most meaningful of ways.

When things are important, we make time for them. That’s why I schedule calls with friends regularly, because otherwise I get too caught up in what’s happening right in front of me, and I tend to think about reaching out at all the wrong times. I love knowing I have calls scheduled.

My energy soars when I can have meaningful conversations with people because it’s two people (or more) aligned with love, abundance, and peace and that energy together is so powerful.

Connecting helps me to keep my energy in the best place possible, even if I’m having a challenging day, week, or month, they give me something to look forward to. I know I need that level of connection and authenticity in my life. If you want to be witness to one of these conversations, watch or listen to the “Seeds of Wisdom” series.
