I’m grateful for moments. I love when I catch myself enjoying or fully embracing a moment. Even if the moment is painful, that pain reminds me of my ability to truly FEEL and embrace my pain with the love I have within. Being in that moment makes me realize how far I’ve come. Being able to feel my pain fully in a moment also allows me to feel the extreme joy of a moment too. The more I connect each moment to the energy of love, abundance, and peace the more AWE I feel. We are in a time when we can easily get caught up in things we don’t have control of, so moments matter. Being able to hold onto something we see, touch, taste, smell, and hear can bring us to a place of peace. Only we have the the power to take hold of our moments. It’s no one else’s fault if we miss them. We are responsible and accountable for what we do with with them. We can choose to appreciate them, ignore them, or take them for granted. I’m grateful for when I choose to consciously live them.

Today, I commit to focusing on the moments. The great thing about this exercise is that I don’t have to do anything more than I’m already doing. I just have to pay attention. When I go outside, I look around. When I’m eating, I enjoy my food. When I’m stretching, I feel how good it feels. If I get sad, I be present with my sadness. If I cry, I remind myself that they are cleansing my soul. No matter what I do, I can choose to enjoy and/or embrace the moment. When I do this, my life feels so much richer. I tap into what true abundance is, which is being grateful for it all.
