I’m grateful I KNOW peace. Peace, just like love and abundance, is only available to experience in the present moment. Right here and right now I’m experiencing peace as I write these words. My focus is with my fingers gliding across the keyboard; my breath is even and steady; my mind is clear; my chest feels expansive; and there is nowhere else I want to be except for right here in this moment. In this moment, I KNOW peace. I can only create peace around me if I live peace within me. I can only project what I carry around inside me. When I live in internal chaos, I project, create, and attract chaos. In this moment, I choose to BE peace.
Today, I commit to BE in the KNOWING of peace. I love the feeling of peace. When I’m out of the present moment, I sometimes forget how easy it is to get back to peace. I’m not talking about sustaining the energy, just BEING in the KNOWING of peace in the next moment I’m given. I sometimes graze over how many peaceful moments I have in a day. Why put energy into moments I don’t feel peaceful? I want to BE in the KNOWING of peace, because whatever I focus on expands. The simply act of clearing the mind is knowing what it means to BE at peace. BEING in the KNOWING of peace doesn’t have to be anymore complicated than being present for a few deep breaths in and out. The more I practice BEING peace, the more peace I will be able to project out to the world.
