Write down three things you’re grateful for, and FEEL the gratitude rush through you!

There is a difference between writing and saying what we are grateful for and really being with the energy of abundance as we express our gratitude. The way we feel it in our bodies is different. We might even experience chills when we are really engaged in the ENERGY behind the gratitude. Write down what you are grateful for and really invest your energy into FEELING it. Do you feel the difference? Did you get chills? Did your energy shift? See what happens if you do this for 30 days. It’s AMAZING!
