Today’s aligning is about deep meaningful conversations. To me, those are the absolute best kind. When two or more people have an inspired conversation around ideas, wisdom, and inspirational experiences that lead to emotional, spiritual, professional, intellectual, creative, financial, social, environmental, or physical growth and development, I’m IN! These are the kind of conversations that make the energy of love, abundance, and peace multiply!
I’m not talking conversations that revolve around the energy of fear, lack, and separation. When the conversations get stuck in the problem, it’s because we are stuck in the energy where problems live and breed. The deep and meaningful conversations I’m talking about create space for more love, more abundance, and more peace. Yes, those are the ones that make my soul sing!

Need More Support?
If we want to break the cycle of conversations that revolve around the energy of fear, lack, and separation, we have to consider where we are putting our focus. First, don’t, “Go to the hardware store for bread.” This is a popular saying in recovery rooms. If you want to be in the energy of love, abundance, and peace, don’t expect a person who is in the energy of fear, lack, and separation to help you get there. You want to have conversations with people who inspire you.
Pay attention to how your energy feels when you talk to them. If it feels expansive, awesome. If it feels restrictive, probably not the right person to help you get into the energy of love, abundance, and peace.
Overall, just try to consider, how is what I’m focusing on creating space for more love, more abundance, and more peace? If it doesn’t, stop talking about it, because all you are doing is increasing the fear, lack, and separation by staying in the stories that keep you in the problem.
Please know I say this having done it millions of times. Don’t be hard on yourself. Just do the best you can in the moment. You can always try again with your next conversation.
