Today’s daily aligning is all about the joy of animals. This is one of the easiest ways I align with love, abundance, and peace. Just updating this post brought a smile to my face. Appreciating animals is a great way to practice getting used to what it feels like in your body to be fully aligned. When doing today’s practice, pay attention to how appreciating animals feels in your chest, stomach, head, and limbs. Do you notice any sensations? The more you understand, the more you will be able to get yourself there intentionally.
