Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #129

I’m Grateful for the followers of From A Loving Place! I’m so incredibly grateful to all the people who follow this page and the From A Loving Place Facebook page. Some of you have been with me from the beginning, January 2016 and some may just hit the follow button today. I’m grateful for each and every one of you. I’m so happy that my work of aligning with love, abundance, and peace resonates with you. I love that the followers of this page are open to see themselves and are OPEN to shifting, changing, and expanding their perspectives to contribute to the world from a loving place. We are all works in progress, so I’m grateful to the people who read and see me for the human I am. I’m here learning from this journey one moment at a time. I remember writing my first real piece for this blog. You can see it here. I was welcomed to this community with such loving arms. I knew I was on the right path. I knew that whoever was meant to read my work would.

It’s my followers and community of writers that helped me see the vision of my book, Letters from a Better Me. It was a letter I first shared on this blog that inspired the book. You can read that here. Both pieces were in my very first month that I started writing this blog, which I started after I had finished my college education with a B.A. in Human Development and just couldn’t stop writing. Now, I’m on my 129th day of writing Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace. Writing this latest series has helped me to navigate these challenging times, I hope it has helped you too. I trust that whenever someone reads my work, they are exactly where they are supposed to be. I don’t do a lot to get my work out there, because I trust that whoever is meant to be here will find their way here.

I also love my ever growing Facebook community! I feel so blessed that the people who come to my page truly want to contribute to the love in the world. I’ve had so many heartwarming connections with people and invited so many beautiful souls into my life. I’m so grateful and blessed. Thank you to all the people who have left me comments, shared stories, and connected with me. You are a part of what makes all of the time I invest here worth it.

Today, I commit to spreading the love. The whole point of this blog and my Facebook community is to live life from a loving place. That means it’s important to spread the love. The world needs our love (not our fear) more than EVER!!! First, we have to make sure we are aligned to project love. Make sure you love yourself!! Then, take that love and amplify it out in the world. You don’t have to have ANY money to do this, you just have to have pure love in your heart. People are NEEDING connection right now. Some people are falling into the pits of the energy of fear, lack, and separation, because it’s easier for them to attach to that energy because we are being inundated with the gloom and doom if that is what we CHOOSE to allow in to our everyday lives. Others, are choosing to focus on the changes we want to see in the world, more love, more abundance, more peace, more hope, and more compassion. People coming from a loving place won’t attack people that they don’t understand. People coming from a loving place, don’t insist on their own way. Coming from a loving place means we keep the definition of love present in our hearts and our minds as we think, believe, act, and react. Make sure your definition is aligned with what you are spreading. Here is one of the definitions of love I use (I sometimes use other versions based on how I’m connecting to the words):

If I’m not operating from this place, I’m not spreading love. I’m spreading fear, lack, and separation. I’m not going to lie, I’m still working on breaking old patterns where I find myself projecting fear, lack, and separation. I have to hold myself accountable and take responsibility for my thoughts, beliefs, and actions when that happens. That is how I transform my misalignment into spreading more love, abundance, and peace. I don’t carry shame, I own my stuff and make it right. Another wonderful lesson I learned from 12-step programs, which I wrote about on day #125.

If we fail at spreading love, we don’t have to beat ourselves up for it, which contributes to self-abuse (a horrible shame cycle). We just have to take responsibility for where we weren’t aligned, find away to move back into the energy of love, abundance, and peace, then do better. This is the journey of life. We are here to learn, grow, shift, change, and expand. Why not make the most of it?!

If you haven’t been following me long, being aligned with the energy of love, abundance, and peace doesn’t mean we don’t or won’t have painful feelings. It doesn’t mean we should stuff or suppress feelings that come up. It means we embrace our feelings with love and compassion. We allow ourselves to feel them, then we take it deeper to see what we can learn from them. How can we transform our feelings into an energy that we want to see more of in the world? This sometimes can take days, months, or years depending on how long we have attempted at suppressing and/or numbing our feelings. For me, embracing the layers of shame I felt with love helped me to reach many layers of forgiveness of myself and others, which is a loving act. If you need more help in these areas and you resonate with my voice, check out, Letters from a Better Me: How Becoming an Empowered Woman Transforms the World and I have the 90-Day A Better Me Series free on my website.

In this moment, find your AWE (the deepest connection to love and joy). When we do our best to connect to that energy, we amplify the love in the world.

With Love, Abundance, and Peace,
