Today’s aligning is all about being present. It’s reminder to keep my mind where my feet are. When so much is going on, it’s really easy to have my mind going in every direction and forget to be where my actually are. When I’m in the energy of fear, lack, and separation, I’m everywhere, but present. Of course this makes me overwhelmed! I definitely need this practice today,

There are plenty of other ways, The more you align with love, abundance, and peace, the more those people who want to see you aligned will show up in your life. Just don’t fall for the traps of people who say, “I’m the only person who can help you” or “Doing this is the ONLY thing that will help you” I’ve learned to see these phrases as the red flags that they are. If a person wants you to align with the energy of fear, lack, and separation, it’s a red flag that you are going down a slippery slope. If someone believes they are the only person that can help you, that comes from the energy of separation. They see themselves as better than you, and they are not. We all have access to the wisdom to align our own energy, it’s just a matter of getting help to tap into it.
