I’m grateful for comedy. Laughter IS the best medicine. If I want to stay aligned with love, abundance, and peace…laughter is an essential ingredient. One of my favorite things to watch is stand-up comedy. I not only love to laugh, but I love to hear laughter too. It’s an instant joy rush. Whether it’s live or on TV, I appreciate anything that can make me laugh out loud.
I remember a time in my life when I would go weeks without laughter. Everything felt so heavy and I felt like I was sinking into a dark abyss. It’s painful! My body physically hurts when I’m not getting enough laughter. Finding things that make me laugh is a part of my self-care. I love that laughter is at our fingertips now with technology. We just simply have to type funny videos on YouTube and we will have tons of laugh medicine. I’m definitely grateful for that!
Today, I commit to watching and/or listening to comedy. Have you made yourself a comedy playlist? When I’m having a hard time, I like knowing how to get myself out of it. A comedy playlist on Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, or Amazon is a helpful tool to keep energy flow where we want it. This journey is meant to be enjoyed. Today, I’m going to laugh as much and as loud as I can.
