Back in 2020, I lived for nature walks. With the world so chaotic, nature was where I found my peace. As the world started adjusting to life with Covid-19, I stopped aligning myself with nature, and quite honestly it hurt my soul. I started getting so busy in all the doing that I stopped looking at all the beauty nature has to offer. When I began to see how dangerous my funk was getting this last year, I started making the effort to spend more time outside again and appreciate the flowers, trees, birds, water, and skies. Here’s your reminder to look around, above, and below.

Examples, a beautiful garden, a specific kind of tree, fresh air, mountains, a beautiful sunset, etc.

What are three things nature provides that help me to feel connected to the Earth?
Think of things that make you feel AWE. That moment when everything in your mind stops and you are 100% present in that moment.
Examples: Floating in water, meditating under a tree, walking in the woods, etc.
