Today’s aligning is about the choice to live an empowered life. Sometimes we need to start by seeing that we have a choice to live an empowered life or not. We make this choice again and again throughout each day by where we are aligning our energy. It’s why doing this daily is so important to me.

Take small steps. That’s all we ever need to do. We just need to keep moving in the direction of making better and healthier choices for our lives on a daily basis. They don’t have to be big steps. Self-awareness is a step. Catching ourselves in our stories aligning with fear, lack, and separation is a step. Doing one thing while aligning with love, abundance, and peace is a step. Just keep doing the best you can, whatever that looks like to you. It’s not anybody else’s business. This is your journey.
