Saying Goodbye to the Seeds of Wisdom Series and Hello Again to Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace

Saying Goodbye

If you are a From A Loving Place Follower, you may have noticed that my series, Seeds of Wisdom has yet to start back up.  The last episode was in May 2023. Since that time, I’ve been working on writing a book, and I’ve been experiencing many upheavals in my life that have changed the time I have available for time-consuming projects. Though I absolutely loved all the conversations I got to have, the whole process took a lot of time and effort.

Funny enough, it was one of the seeds of wisdom that was given to me by my guest, Jess Dewell that really had me paying attention to my priorities. I had to take a good hard look at how I was dividing my time. Things were starting to fall through the cracks, and I had to give something up to make more space for my top priorities, which are self-care, my relationships with the people I love, and figuring out what my next step is with my career.

I’ve made some priceless connections through these conversations. I’ve developed some amazing friendships. I’ve planted many seeds, so I want to say thank-you to all my guests and to the people who have watched and/or listened to the series. I truly loved the journey.

The series will remain available on the main menu, Facebook, and YouTube.

Navigating Life’s Challenges

Now, it’s time for me to realign myself once again with the energy of love, abundance, and peace. This last year has been one of my most vulnerable and challenging in a VERY long time. I’ve been dealing with a lot of circumstances that are out of my control, yet are my responsibility to navigate.

I’ve also been experiencing what is very common for trauma survivors with my daughter being the same age I was when I attempted suicide. A lot of my old stuff is re-surfacing as she struggles with her own mental health.

Once again, I attempted to make a plan in my head for how things were going to look this year, and once again the Universe opened up a much different reality. I’m not judging it as good or bad, but I’m not going to say it’s been an easy road. I’ve cried many tears trying to figure out the next right step, and been overwhelmed by how I’m going to navigate the rough terrain ahead.

Saying Hello

The one thing I know is that when I put my focus on aligning with the energy of love, abundance, and peace daily, I am able to show up to life in a much more productive and grounded way. Aligning helps me navigate all life’s twists and turns with a deep sense of clarity. The last time I did this was in 2020-2021, and I can’t even begin to explain how much it helped.. I decided to begin the journey again on March 9, 2024—my birthday.

I’m going back and updating my original posts, recording them on my podcast , and doing the work in the Facebook Group (click for link) I created on my From A Loving Place page. You are welcome to join me in any way that feels right for you. I will be reposting the updated blogs with the link to the podcast episode to make following along convenient. Keeping Myself Accountable

One of the biggest reasons I’m sharing this journey with others is to hold myself accountable for doing the work DAILY. I find when I share my journey with others it helps to keep me going when the part of me that wants to stay stuck in the fear, lack, and separation wants to hold me back. The blessing is that I get to meet, connect, and develop friendships with others along the way. I also love experiencing the the energy of others wanting to align with love, abundance, and peace. It makes the journey of accountability much more enjoyable.

If You Are Struggling, You Are Not Alone

For those who are looking for extra support, I now offer Self-Awareness Coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to help individuals get out of their own way. It’s a way to dive deeper into the process of aligning with the energy of love, abundance, and peace, while seeing what is keeping you in the energy of fear, lack, and separation. I’m not a therapist, I’m an accountability partner. If you want to do the work, I’m here to support you on the journey.

I look forward to the journey. I hope you will join me.

With Love & Gratitude,

Rachael Wolff
