Sometime I definitely need the reminder of today’s topic. It’s about feeling worthy of life and love. I’ve been going through a very trying time as a full time caretaker, and one of the things I talk about in today’s aligning message is about giving for the wrong reasons.
As a parent, sometimes I feel guilty about not doing something better than I did. That sometimes will lead me to giving from a place of fear, lack, and separation. When I do this, I tend to overdo myself. Then, I feel walked on. But, here’s the thing, I laid down on the ground with an open invite to walk on me the second I gave from a place of fear, lack, and separation. I gave because I was trying to feel worthy. That’s not healthy.
I’ve said before, my kids are great at showing me where I really am at any given moment. This doesn’t mean I don’t feel worthy and lovable. It just means I let a story created by fear, lack, and separation take over for a brief period of time. It could be some old messaging came back up, but either way, once I was open and willing to see my part, I could fix it. This is why I love doing this daily aligning, because it’s that everyday reminder to pay attention to my thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Need More Support?
This right here is one of the reasons I became a self-awareness life coach. For me, feeling lovable and worthy is what made it possible to change the trajectory of my life. I wouldn’t have the relationship I do with any of the people in my life if it wasn’t for discovering just how important it is to show myself the love and respect that I deserve.
