Today’s aligning is all about my favorite proverb, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” attributed to Lao Tzu. Going back to my original piece was an interesting journey today. I had forgotten about what was going on at the time that I wrote it. Looking back, it makes me an even prouder mom as I just watched my son graduate. He’s so ready to dive into the world of adulthood. He’s turned into such a wonderful young man, and it was his willingness to be a true student of life that got him here. It was a true teaching and learning experience for me too.
