Day 64: Actively Connecting with Source

Dear Source,

I’m committed to my relationship with you. Therefore, I know it’s my responsibility to do the work to maintain my end of our relationship. I can’t expect you to do for me what I’m not doing for myself. I won’t even recognize your love if I’m not honoring your love that runs through me.

I feel connected with you most when my soul is at peace. When I’m operating from a place of lack, I feel desperate and am not truly connected to your love. When I trust and have faith, I’m connecting with you on a level that helps to brighten the light inside of me.

The brighter my light shines, the more connected I feel. I know the more I do to actively connect with you, the more my dimmer switch will be turned up. The closer I am to you, the more I feel you within me and the world around me. I trust my faith when I actively connect to your love.

The more love I have in my heart, the more I have to give to the world. I feel blessed to be able to connect to you through my acts of service. I find inspiration in your love that places words on the paper in front of me. I know your love is speaking through me when I don’t have to stop and think. The words just flow out of me and ignite my soul.

Today I’m Grateful

1. I’m grateful for my connection with God.
2. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow closer the more effort I put into the relationship.
3. I’m grateful to have the tools to brighten my light.
4. I’m grateful to See Source in art, music, nature, people, words, prayers, meditation, and all acts of love.
5. I’m grateful for perspective to keep my mind open and fresh with new ways to connect.
